My homepage will end up

Over 40 years I served my appreciated customers with the construction of historical instruments. With my retirement end of 2016 I stopped harp making and restoring. I would like to thank most sincerely to all my customers for their confidence.

I will take my homepage off the world-wide-web these next days.  Latest days to download PDF files etc., e.g. my timeline or (NEW) my comments on Erard's 1821 brochure on my Harp-Knowledge page.

However, I will continue to be present on the internet - you will find videos about my artistic activities on my YouTube-channel

What is BEAT WOLF doing today?

For more than 40 years I have been involved in applied arts. Now I like to leave the application aside and increasingly turn to the Fine Arts.

On one hand, I am pleased to have time for photography, for which I had a passion before. It fits well that I walk or cycle 2 to 3 times a week.

On the other hand, I can bring forth to many deferred ideas that I will realize as sculptural works.

From time to time, I use moving subjects to short videos, usually paired with a slice of humor.
